About Us

My interest in Complementary Therapies and the belief that everyone has the ability within to heal oneself has led me to fulfil a desire within me. Discovering ways to help me feel better about myself, I am inspired to help you feel good about yourself. 'As you think, so you become....' Therefore, as you feel, so you are.

A great deal of research has shown how mind and body respond to each other, demonstrating that emotional and psychological states translate into altered responses in the chemical balances of the body, particularly in the immune system. Just as the immune system is affected by psycho/emotional states, so other parts of our bodies, such as the circulatory, digestive and nervous systems, are equally effected, thus determining our overall states of health.

My aim is to help you achieve a balance state by combining intuitive abilities with a practical and grounded approach, gathering insights and techniques that have helped me with my own healing.

As a professional therapist, I combine these healing methods taking a holistic approach when treating each individual, offering a unique tailored therapy to bring about healing at the deepest level
I constantly update my skills and techniques to enable me a wide option of healing tools for optimal results to benefit you.
